Refund Policy

Return is a scheme provided by Unboxd.in directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

 

Customers are requested to kindly capture an unboxing video of the package for claim verification in case of a Damaged or Different Item Delivered, a sticker will also be applied on all packages imitating the customer to do the same.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 15 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In case of a damaged or different product is delivered, the customer needs to inform the same to our WhatsApp Chat Support within 24 hours of delivery. Post that no request will be entertained.

Returns accepted in case of Damaged/Defective Main Product or Different Item Delivered

For Defective items received the return is limited to Replacement only

Please note for Apple, DJI & Samsung Branded Products Customer needs to carry-in the product to an Apple/Samsung/DJI Service Center to claim Warranty in case of Defective Products

PART 2 - GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN

  1. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories. The customer needs to submit an unboxing video of the package in order for return reason cross-verification.
  2. Return Window will start once the product is delivered to you.
  3. The Item will be picked up by our courier partner Bluedart from customer's premises. (In case Bluedart is not serviceable in customer's area then the product has to be self-shipped by the customer).
  4. Refund of the product will be initiated to the same payment method once the return package reaches our warehouse (For Partial COD Orders the refund would be via a Gift Card only) and the quality check is completed in order to verify the product and it's contents. Please Note, That if any discrepancy is found in the returned product/accessories (as per our T&C's) then you would not be eligible for a refund.

In case of refund the amount will be credited back to your original payment method in 4-6 business days.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

For cancelling of your order after placing, please send a WhatsApp message to +91-87085 30966 with your cancellation request and order ID. All cancellations request will be accepted within 24 hours of order placement only. Post cancellation window no cancellation request would be accepted.

Cancellation Charges

Pre-Dispatch (Before-Dispatch) (Annexure-I)

Please note that these costs are not charged by us, these are charged by the payment provider for processing your payment which is incurred by us. 

Post-Dispatch (After-Dispatch) (Annexure-II)

Rs. 299 will be surcharged in addition to the above mentioned (Annexure-I) Charges.

 In case the customers want to return the product post-delivery and the product doesn't fall in our standard return policy then a restocking fee of 15% will be charged in addition to Annexure-II Charges. (Annexure-I charges are already included in the restocking fees).
